Started reading Beasts Of Burden at the library yesterday. It is so serious and awesome and funny and awesome.

Watchmen has always been a personal favorite. People often think of it as a deconstruction of superheroes, but it's soooo much more than that.

Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira is also an incredible piece of cyberpunk literature, graphic or otherwise. Same goes for Ghost in the Shell and Appleseed by Shirow Masamune

And of course, V for Vendetta, which is far more interesting than the average-at-best movie adaptation could ever be.

Persepolis, Le bleu est une couleur chaude. I don't really read a lot of graphic novels, but enjoyed those two.

Maus, Watchmen, almost anything Jason ever made (particularly enjoy Hemingway, The Werewolves of Montpelier, The Iron Wagon, Let me show you something) plus some more I can't remember atm.
