Wanted to get some feedback about eeo in employment specifically in regards to Recruitment agencies since they have a monopoly of HR process these days in the capitalist corporate environment. I am have some issues with bad credit rating and misdemeanor record with the law and wanted to know if there any recruiters or former HR or folks with knowledge of HR industry that could fill me in on how much these issues could affect one getting the job of their choice.

Agencies are the scum of the earth. If you want something typical, as a fellow leftist all I can offer is..... solidarity.

I doubt that.. I really do most workers/Employees in the western world have to go through them.As assume most here are employees that work for a boss of some type.
In Australia most HR/Recruitment reps are on working VISAs from UK or Ireland.
As its common for those on work or travel visas to work for these companies i assuming some here might have done a stint with them you know like a leftwing HR consultant any want own up to being the supreme corporate sucker that destroys others lives!

Of course it's discrimination, but as RedAnarchist pointed out, maybe you're not going to find any HR experts on this board who can answer your questions.
