I can't see this as I am on my phone. Is it really the ICP? I find the idea of Japanese Bordigists quite intriguing. Also the idea of electoral Bordigists is a bit strange.

This guy isn't actually a Bordigist, or a communist according to Wiki. Apparently he's some kind of national anarchist. The bit about the ICP in the title is probably a joke because some of his rhetoric sounds a little similar.
