I know the idea of a police force goes against being free but i would like to ask the question of how would the world be policed once the current world order becomes no more? I ask because most people are against non capitalist states so crime such as theft, murder, abuse etc will still be around. How would it be handled in a communist society?

the people should always police themselves independently or in cooperation with other local civilian/workers militias. once you give power to ANY centralized policing organizations the people who they police automatically lose all their power.
starting/joining local self-policing armed independent militias should be free (even mandatory maybe) for any towns/cities/counties/communes inhabitants.
central policing organizations RARELY have any clue about the cultural/social/economic problems and customs in remote areas. thats why i support local armed (mostly agricultural) groups like farc, pkk and ezln, as long as THEY dont start pushing THEIR agenda forcefully unto OTHERS.

memberships in these groups is purely voluntary, and their use of force is purely for self-defense reasons (mostly combatting armed corporate, imperialist, capitalist and criminal occupation of their resources, property and workforce, to be dictated by some small legislative group thousands of miles away in a huge city somewhere they have no social connection to).
if all voluntary groups like these could start some kind of decentralized global mutual defense agreement, i think that would be the model to follow.
