The game doesn't require sound and steamchat has a text component so it should be fine

Risk sucks. EUIV is like Victoria II on steroids.

Risk is good if you are using a free flash game version and want do to strategy for like 10 minutes

And as Planetside2 is mentioned, i'm playing that too, so if anyone of you is interested in kicking some ass together -> send me a message. It's a slightly different beast but if you managed to work out EU3 you should have no problem with the new one, if anything I find it's more forgiving.
