Low-tech terroism the furure?

The attacks on the wtc was all low tech. Using a plane simple. No mislses or anthing. Missile deffence system uselss. Low tech the hole. Should we improve low tech security?

I may get arrested for this but one has simply to put anthrax powder on the keys of every bank machine they can find.
either many people will get anthrax...or many people will go insane, with every bank machine closed they wont be able to get money to practise consumerism...even better they can't excercise their "holiday gift giving ideas"!
