In light of recent discussions by Marxian political economist Richard Wolff, as well as public policy in Bolivia, my original article back from September 2008 - on non-selective encouragement of, usage of eminent domain for, and unconditional economic assistance (both technical and financial) for, pre-cooperative worker buyouts of existing enterprises and enterprise operations as even an alternative to non-insolvency restrictions like legally binding workplace closure vetoes and coupling prohibitions on mass sackings or mass layoffs with socially secure transfers to more sustainable workplaces (http://www.revleft.com/vb/pre-cooperative-worker-t88629/index.html) - should be updated.

For obvious reasons, a December 2013 interview with Richard Wolff and an article on a decree reinforcing Bolivian law allowing worker takeover of closed factories are included.

I think you should post it in the articles forum as a new revised edition :) And link that post in this post. :)
