The amount of support for the emu side is quite frankly disgusting and reactionary.

The right wing political views of the emus were borderline fascist, quite frankly. Yes, the Australian imperialists are not much better, but I'm pretty sure the defeat of the emu's paramilitary forces was desirable due to the fact that the emu's plan was genocide against other avian species. There is nothing "leftist" about the emu movement.

The resoning for the war against the Emus was one started by the bourgeois who wished for higher sales on hats and other products which used Emu feathers.
Emus were seen as a pest (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Pestilence) in Western Australia, as they were able to duck (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Duck_%28language%29) whenever a boomerang (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Boomerang) was thrown at them, and therefore the Australian emu hunters could never catch them. The Royal Australian Cavalry (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Cavalry) had demanded emu feathers to place in their hats so that they could look pretty when charging into battle (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Battle). Therefore there was high demand for killing these emus, and the whole of Western Australia had been put on red emu alert (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Red_Alert). This meant that the Prime Minister of Australia (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Prime_Minister_of_Canada) enforced martial (http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Marshmellow) law and cut off any trade or connections outside Australia. This was so that no support could reach the emu invaders in what became known as the Emu Crisis of '32. http://uncyclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Great_Emu_War

Honestly Ace, I can't believe the bourgeois imperialists fooled a comrade of such high caliber. The Emus were innocent and if it wasn't for Lord High Emu and the Grand Emu Army the imperialists would have won.

As Greg Proops once said: "It's like Arkansas wit a beach. It's an entire continent with a NO FAT CHICKS sticker on it."

all of the fun threads are moved to chit chat. how else am I supposed to farm for rep? by posting contentless communist platitudes? that's fun sometimes but it loses its charm and just becomes repetitive after a while
