I am looking for something that's easy to get and eat, not something that requires hours of preparation/cooking. For instance, just one spoon of olive oil is 100 cals. So something similar - cuz i am bulking?

peanut butter/almond butter/ etc
nuts and seeds
avocado
coconut milk

Just google "vegan bodybuilding" or "vegetarian bodybuilding", you'll get tonnes of links to high protein veg options ideal for bulking.

Slum made some good suggestions

I'd add
tempeh
amaranth
black beans and other beans
quinoa

Rice and black beans. Cook in extra virgin olive oil, add shit loads of coriander and worcester sauce, refry the beans and rice once they're cooked separately (not forgetting to add the black water from the beans!), and you have a super-healthy, calorie-dense, easy to prepare and cheap meal. Not to mention it's delciious if you add enough coriander and sauce!

Something like this (http://theveganstoner.blogspot.co.uk/2011/07/peanut-stew.html)?

Peanut butter is always good.
