Syrian Resistance Front/ other leftist revolutionary factions

So I recently learned about the Resistance Front, I don't know how to feel about them because they're fighting for the existence of the regime and I can find absolutely nothing about them on the internet. Are there any English language (Chinese would work as well) material about the Front out there?
Also, if theres any other information about armed revolutionary leftist groups in Syria I would be grateful to read it.
