The first one very stupid and doubt this will be different.
Apropos of Hollywood using anarchist symbols in film. In the final scene of the movie "The Last Exorcism" you can see the classic circle-A on the wall of the farm house along with all the 666's and downward crosses. Even Wikipedia reads "He returns to the Sweetzer farmhouse, where they find numerous occult and countercultural symbols on the walls, and Nell and Louis missing."
Maybe there's more to Satan than we know...

From The Purge's Wikipedia page:
"In the year 2022, the United States has become "a nation reborn" thanks to the New Founding Fathers of America. Crime and unemployment rates are hitting an all-time low due to the government having instituted an annual 12-hour period called "the Purge" during which all criminal activity (including murder, theft, and rape) becomes legal. The only rules during the Purge are that government officials of "ranking 10 or higher" must remain unharmed and usage of weaponry above "Class 4" (such as WMDs) is forbidden. Additionally, the police and emergency services are suspended during this time and anyone who doesn't follow the rules of the Purge will receive the death penalty. The Purge is designed to act as a catharsis for the American middle and working classes, so that they may vent all negative emotions and repressed urges however and on whomever they desire, although it is implied throughout the film that the Purge is really just a method of population control, allowing the weeding-out of the impoverished and other people who are seen as a burden on the economy and society in general."
So basically, it's a safeguard against the poor- by the wealthy elite.
Iv'e encountered this movie as an actual, legitimate argument against Anarchy.
People really think that it's an accurate representation of Libertarian Communism.
More Hollywood garbage, attempting to confuse our already dysfunctional media consumer population.

Well the first one was disappointing as fuck. It kept building up, and at one point, it seemed pretty good, but it just kind of… ended and I was like, damn so that's it?
This new one seems like it could be ok though, I'm optimistic. Of course the anarchy thing is meaningless. To Hollywood, anarchy is everyone running around purging each other.

Yeah that's really unfortunate. If bet if you'd ask the majority of Americans what the word anarchy means to them, there would be a lot of people who'd say it's just a bunch of people going around looting, raping, and killing each other in a mass sense of chaos. And "The Purge" movie series definitely doesn't help change that perception.
