People on RevLeft can be really fucking rude to each other. I started this thread thinking that it may be a good idea to have a place for people to take there agressions out. You can take it out on other users, but use it to reach some kind of understanding, and get over the hostility you have for each other. You can also use it as a place to complain about the board and other users if you wish.
As for me: Tim Cornelus sent me way over the fucking edge the other day by saying on my wall: "Could you please stop being hysterical?" This fucked with my mind really hard and triggered me to have a fucking anxiety attack. My ex would call me hysterical and depressive. This is what it made me think of immediately and my whole day was fucking ruined because I got triggered into thinking of my ex. Tim you're an asshole. I added you to my ignore list :)

I will most likely be infracted, but fuck it.
Yeah this was probably a really bad idea, so whatever mod comes along: Close and trash if felt necessary
Edit: On second thought I'll just PM someone to close and trash it if it goes too far

Humanity is cruel, the world is petty, and the internet is cold. Combine all three, sprinkle with 19th century ideology, add a seasoning of cultism, and let it simmer on the stove for a while and you got Revleft.

No one ever gets infracted with these threads. What happens is that the mods decide to give it a shot, and then because no one wants to be the one to shut down a good discussion, the poisonous negativity goes on a few days longer than it should and it gets locked with blanket verbal warnings for all.

I've none and this is why RevLib is more obnoxious and less fun than usual because I don't have my damned medicine

I'm in the same boat as you, sadly. :(
Don't fret though, I get a lot of heat too. Opinions are like assholes, everyone's got one. But I think some are more informed and better than others.

Indeed comrade! Especially that of some RevLibers. Some people are complete fucking morons and don't show any really good political knowledge. I often feel I'm more informed that some asses here, though I'm not very eloquent

This thread isn't hostile enough yet! Where are the people spitting venom in each others eyes? Where is the fucking brutality :cursing:

Indeed, revleft has a very hostile environment. For instance, someone is immediately unsubstantially labeled an anti-communist troll and reported for mere respectful disagreement. (http://www.revleft.com/vb/showpost.php?p=2729949&postcount=46)These individuals need to cease to conduct themselves hysterically to foster a more welcoming environment for those curious and and interested in the revolutionary left's political positions, whether they agree with us or not. And also grow a thicker skin. Other individuals are quite frankly quite arrogant and talk down to others they deem inferiorly informed about politics and theory and label them "asses" and circle jerk about how smart they are (http://www.revleft.com/vb/showpost.php?p=2732886&postcount=10). Yet others are very passive-aggressive (http://www.revleft.com/vb/showpost.php?p=2732887&postcount=11).

I hate it when people complain about triggers. The world is a trigger.

And some users don't think before they post. I would know, this happens to me, and then they fuck up and some asshole complains about them because they're A FUCKING ASSHOLE
Edit: Not directed at Slavic in any way

people on the internet tend to be know-it-all smartasses. Nowadays, it's so damn cool to be edgy and detached and sarcastic all the time instead of just be helpful when someone's not that well-read about this or that. As you've seen, I myself don't post a lot about communism, class struggle etc because most users here know better about it. Well, yeah, I study political science and stuff, but I concentrate on other topics, I got just the basics (or maybe a little bit more, compared to the average citizen here) when it comes to all this communism stuff. And I'm not into getting an argument with some smartass teenagers who think they could explain the whole world to me. Thank you, been there, done that. Don't get me wrong, here are some really great and helpful users, like #FF0000 ( ), Echo Shock, Ice Pick, Sinister Intents, loony, Tenka, Brandon, Phoenix and many many more, but why would I get involved in a discussion when it all comes down to picking on each other.

Sorry but I don't see this thread going anywhere good, so I'm going to piss on your bonfire and lock it. We don't need (more) passive aggressiveness and rudeness here.

I've done that... Don't do that... You will get glass embedded in your hand and have bad cuts that don't seem to stop bleeding!
