Besides from the current situation in Crimea, this isn't particularly new. Take for instance the US' desire to have missile and radar bases in the Czech Republic and Romania, specifically to sabre-rattle at Russia. The fact that the Baltic states has a high Russian population makes this worrying though.

Well what would be future yes we had large population Russian and Polish speakers but the point fuck USA troops in Baltic States is that mean provocation to Russia.

Uh, I don't see how that's weird? The Baltics are in NATO, after all. We got NATO troops doing massive exercises in northern Scandinavia constantly.
