My work as an under 18 part timer.

The Multinational Company I work for finds it necessary to under pay works in the US. I personally am payed only minimum wage to perform manual labour. Some of the other employees who have been working there longer then I have are only payed 7.45$ or so because of the company's raise policies.

No matter what someone's occupation or work load, they are a worker. And the workers of this country (the US) and of the world deserve more than just a hand full of dollars for doing their part for society.

And in the US there is a major shift towards part time only employment, and temp work, with wild fluctuation of hours making it impossible to gauge life expenses, such as rent and medical, which forces folks to work 2 jobs and with transit times, it eats up your life, (as if a 40 hour work week at 1 job didn't), good luck getting a complete day off.
