When I stand upright, there is no bulge in my belly area. It is rather flat. Previously I had to suck my belly in, especially when I was in tight clothing. I no longer have to do that. I stand upright and the belly is flat even in tight clothing (without having to suck in).
But when I lean forward, I see in the mirror the belly sticking out - is this the excess fat I must still lose or is this just loose skin which must be tightened with ab exercises?
I am confused as to which. In short, Upright position - flat belly. Lean forward - bulge. Is this fat or loose skin? The reason I am asking is, if it's the latter then I can rest assured that at least my diet is working and all I need at this point is some toning in my belly area.

It also just might be your body type. I've known some pretty ripped folks who still had that same shit going on. Hell, even when I was in REALLY good shape I had that shit happening.

Go as far as you reasonably can with the diet. Then loads of sit ups. Then learn to love yourself.
In fact, I may have those in the wrong order.
