Welcome :)
If you have political questions, you can ask them in the Learning forum. That's why it's there after all!
If you have questions about your account, don't hesitate to send me a PM or ask here.
What attracts you to your politics and what does it mean to you? Also, what's the left like in your area?

Being a Marxist-Leninist means a lot to me. Being raised to be an "American Republican" all the way to what I am now has been a journey. I love the idea of a world ruled by the many, the ones who actually contribute to society. I was raised Christian, then i converted to Islam, now i am somewhere between not caring and an athiest. But I have always valued love and peace, but those things cannot come with action and violence. I see it as the yingyang, or some say dialectics ;).
Where I am from, there almost no lefist, Communist and Socialist are nonexistent. I have received death threats for being a Communist, scary stuff lol.
I also know i said i am ML, but Left Communism intrigues me, but i am having a trouble time learning the differences of the two. So many terms being thrown out, it is hard to keep track of them all.

You might still have, shall we say, a 'binocular vision' of the different trends within communism: Seeing how things are from a distance. Because, once you inspect things a little more closely, there is quite the gap between ML and left-communist ideas ;)

Maybe I will ask on the Learning forum to see the varying opinions. I have been a communist for over 4 years, but just this year have I truly grasps Marxist concepts; I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I am okay with that :).

Welcome! There is an M-L group here where you may want to do some of your asking. That way, you can get answers that aren't cluttered up by cross-tendency debates.
