The People's Republic of Commuliberataria is a small, environmentally stunning nation, notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate population of 7 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Social Welfare, with areas such as Law & Order and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 53%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Information Technology.
Voting is voluntary and Commuliberataria's children are widely acknowledged as the most foul-mouthed in the region. Crime is totally unknown. Commuliberataria's national animal is the tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the dollar.

The Republic of Kordostan is a tiny, socially progressive nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-working population of 5 million enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.
The medium-sized, liberal government devotes most of its attentions to Social Welfare, with areas such as Law & Order and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 11%. A large private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Furniture Restoration and Uranium Mining.
Crime is moderate, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Kordostan's national animal is the elephant, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the blog.

The United Socialist States of Quam Osium is a large, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its complete lack of prisons. Its compassionate population of 23 million enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level social equality free of the usual accompanying government corruption.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Social Welfare, although Education and Healthcare are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.
Scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, all industry is owned and run by the government, the nation has an international reputation for compassion, and strict term limits have been applied to all elected offices. The People's Republic of Cigarros is a very large, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its absence of drug laws. Its compassionate population of 161 million enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level social equality free of the usual accompanying government corruption.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Welfare, Education, and the Environment. The average income tax rate is 86%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Book Publishing.
A crusade against barbaric religious practices has begun, space research funding has hit a recent high while several military bases are being closed down, the mining industry is making inroads into environmentally sensitive areas, and the nation has an international reputation for compassion. Crime is totally unknown. Cigarros's national animal is the Sagres, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the charuto.

i joined not too long ago but i dont keep up with my nation too often
The Dictatorship of Cubas brother is a small, safe nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its cynical population of 10 million are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Healthcare and Social Welfare are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 63%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Basket Weaving.
Elections have been outlawed. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force. Cubas brother's national animal is the squirrel, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the bling.

If you're interested in international politics (aka role-playing on the forums), you should join the Coalition of Anti-Capitalist Economies (http://invisionfree.com/forums/CACE/index.php) (it's not a region, it's a role-playing alliance - and the link goes to their forums).
As for my own nation (The Holy Socialist Republic of Constantinopolis (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=constantinopolis)), I've had it for over a year now. I've been rather inactive in the past few months, but before that I used to be a NS regular. I'm one of the founding members of the CACE. :)

anyways heres my nation
UN Category: Inoffensive Centrist Democracy
Civil Rights: Very Good Economy: Good Political Freedoms: Average
The Armed Republic of Xuix is a very large, safe nation, renowned for its punitive income tax rates. Its compassionate population of 91 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Social Welfare, although Healthcare and Education are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 54%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Furniture Restoration.
Leather-clad individuals can be seen walking their slaves in public parks, citizens are allowed to rise or fall based on their own merits, surveillance cameras are banned, and smoking is banned in public areas. Crime is well under control. Xuix's national animal is the wolf , which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the xix.

" Once a day, you'll be faced with an issue, and need to make a decision as to what to do about it. This determines how your nation evolves."
So what else can i do for my country, just make 1 decison per day ? What else can i do accept replying to "issues".
I am all new for this.... i hope the game is not just about making a few clicks/day.. <_< :D
Thanks~~~~~

Spotlight on:
The Dictatorship of Dawggs
"It's a Dawg Eat Dawg World"
UN Category: Psychotic Dictatorship
Civil Rights: Unheard Of Economy: Imploded Political Freedoms: Outlawed
Location: the South Pacific
The Dictatorship of Dawggs is a very large, safe nation, renowned for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 67 million are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Social Welfare, and Education. The average income tax rate is 95%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising fourteen-year-old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.
The country's famous rainforests are being bulldozed by the mining industry, organ donation is compulsory, political activists are routinely executed, and the government is avowedly atheist. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Dawggs's national animal is the dog, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the dawg.
Dawggs is ranked 1st in the region and 6th in the world for Most Income Equality.
Actually, how is it possible to make decisions on makign little boys to seel lemonade in this game~? I mean...... the issues we recieve everyday are multiple choices, so how is it possible to create these "funny" features in our countries?
