I'm reading Richard Wolff's Democracy at Work, and he describes differences between his model of workplace democracy and that of others that have been practiced. However, I am unclear about the distinction between Workers' Self Directed Enterprises (WSDEs) and co-ops. Does anybody have more information?

Nothing. It's just a way for him to say that cooperatives are socialism and that the only thing you need for socialism is work place democracy.
