I just got a copy of the motorcycle diaries at the used book store in town, I started reading it on the bus, man Che is an amazing writer

I hope the movie is as good as the book, though in general movies tend not to be

It's supposed to come out this year, but who knows when. I'm not at all sure what to expect from this film, being that I've never seen anything else by Walter Salles or any of the actors listed. Is it just me or does Gael Garcia Bernal eerily remind you of Freddie Prinze, Jr?

Granados wanted to come to the States for the movie at Sundance. But the U.S would not give him a visa. Granados lives in Cuba.
