Accused Terrorist Trial Moved to Virginia

I saw on the news just now that they have moved the an accused terrorist from New York To Virginia because a Virginia court is more likely to seek the death penalty. They actually said that on the news! I suppose us in New York are just too leftist for the rest of the countery that seeks blood... why Virginia? Why not Texas don't they put like everyone on death row down there?

But... also... what is he going to be put to death for? For planning on commiting a murder? How can a man be convicted of simply planning to do something?

Some people near where I live got arrested under "terrorist prevention legislation" because they were foreign nationals.

It's just gone crazy.
