Being from the area, I was browsing for militant anti-fascism in Pittsburgh in the early twentieth century, since Pittsburgh had, and has, many immigrants, many hailing from former fascist nations like Italy and Germany, and many other immigrants from regions that were notoriously persecuted by fascists, like Russians, Poles, Yugoslavs, etc.
Here's an article I found interesting from 1934.
