How would restaurants work under Communism/Anarchism? Please explain to me if they would even exist and also please answer the following questions below.
1. Would cultural themed restaurants(example: Mexican, Chinese, Italian, etc) exist under a stateless, classless and currencyless society(Communism/Anarchism)? If so, how would they work?
2. Would Fast Food exist under Communism/Anarchism(example: McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc)? If so, how would it work and how would it be regulated for nutritious information?
3. If someone found a dangerous item in their food(it was there by accident or intentionally) or got food poisoning, who would inspect the restaurant for problems?
4. Would "carry-out" restaurants or delivery type restaurants such as Pizza hut, Domino's, etc exist? If so, how would they work or would there be an alternative to "carry-out" or delivery restaurants?

First of all, I must explain you that anarchism is only ideology and doesn't have double meaning as communism has: ideology and socioeconomic system.
Besides from anarchist point of view communism means slight something different than from Marxist perspective.
1. Would cultural themed restaurants(example: Mexican, Chinese, Italian, etc) exist under a stateless, classless and currencyless society(Communism/Anarchism)?
Sure. I don't see why not?
If so, how would they work?
The same way but in full communism without money. Probably almost all dishes there would be done by machines.
2. Would Fast Food exist under Communism/Anarchism(example: McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc)? If so, how would it work and how would it be regulated for nutritious information?
Well, i don't think that capitalist brands would be very much appreciated after fall of capitalism.
3. If someone found a dangerous item in their food(it was there by accident or intentionally) or got food poisoning, who would inspect the restaurant for problems?
Likely the social service responsible for that.
4. Would "carry-out" restaurants or delivery type restaurants such as Pizza hut, Domino's, etc exist? If so, how would they work or would there be an alternative to "carry-out" or delivery restaurants?
Probably automatically. Machines would prepare a dish and other machines would send it to you.

1. Yes, culture is not the economic barrier ethnicity is. Culture is regional, due to geographic distancing and local resource availability. So in an anarchist perspective, food would be given to the individual most likely and he could then take the ingredients to be prepared at the restaurant. Restaurants will probably be called kitchens or cafeterias instead since they're free. If not that, then you could probably register as a distribution center and then be given the food for your restaurant/cafeteria that you will be trusted to use efficiently. As opposed to this sick amusement park I worked in that threw away unsold food every day.
2. Like the comrade above who mentioned machinery, capitalistic chains will cease to exist. Now for the machinery aspect, quick food will be made by vending machines.
3. These vending machines should be transparent, so if the ingredients are bad you can just report a bad machine. They have the capacity to do this today, but capitalism will not allow it! Also kitchens that do have working people will probably be open to people's eyes. If the kitchen is not openly viewable, then anyone should be able to walk in and take a look anyway since its a public kitchen! If something is bad then alert the people and give the cooks time to sort things out.
4. Carry out would probably still be available. I don't doubt there being people willing to deliver. Transportation however is a different question and can vary from automated vehicles to driver controlled.
Anyway, hope this helps!

^I figure things will eventually become like this.
Though I do like the chefs that cook the food right in front of you and do tricks, so that'd be lame to lose but I figure that in a post-revolutionary period chefs could self-manage their restaurants and kitchens and so on. Still pushing for food machines tho. As for so called "ethnic dishes," I'd say that would still be in. The culinary world literally is like a melting pot (ha!) and regions in which their have been heavy trade and travelers you'll notice have a whole variety of food fusions and such. I think what we know of as "fast-food," should probably be done away with even despite my love of pies and snack wraps. Food poisoning issues? I assume some informal health advisory committee could conduct an investigation to make sure everything's safe again. As for carry out? No, fuck that, food machines.
