Name for socialist reading club?

Hello reader,

Next semester at my university I'm planning on starting a socialist reading club. I'm working on the readings now which shouldn't be difficult to work with, in part thanks to the large volume of material free on Marxists.com. Anyways, wanted to see what you thought of the club name Illinois State Socialist Reading Group


Other suggestions would are of course welcome. Thanks in advance.

I think Illinois State Socialist Reading Group sounds alright. As for another name you could use I'm not too sure at the moment, but if I come up with something I'll post it.

When naming anything you should either use as few words as possible or have a memorable acronym. Otherwise you end up sounding too intimidating for ordinary people to show up and will instead become a club for boring and self righteous intellectuals.
