Why are US finals not even halfway through the year?

Its most likely through college. The way the semsester system works is a christmas break and a
Summer break, so you end up with finals in the end of the semester whyich os like two weeks away from christmas.
I just took finalsw and it was living hell.

I have exams and deadlines in January... So be thankful you won't be spending your vacation doing loads of work and revision. I'm kind of looking forward to having enough help with childcare to really get shit done, but it does put a pit of a dampener on holiday cheer.
