Hi All,
New here so hello again. I'm a 25 year old leftist (saying this online feels a bit like the first step at an AA meeting).
I'm from Manchester England I wouldn't say I belong to any particular strain of the left as yet just driven by a belief in equality and fair distribution of wealth.
I don't hang around much with the Manchester left due to not knowing much about it.
Looking forward to sharing ideas with people world wide to help, however little, in bringing about the equality we all deserve :)

Welcome :)
If you have political questions, you can ask them in the Learning forum. That's why it's there after all!
If you have questions about your account, don't hesitate to send me a PM or ask here.
What are your political ideas, if anything in particular, of course?

Hi, welcome to Revleft :)
I went to Manchester anarchist bookfair this year and that's usually pretty good if you're into that kind of thing.

Cheers (to all)
I don't really have to many political ideas as such more a long list of things I think are wrong. I guess it's education that will shape that into an idea.
I guess my only real idea is based on fairness which certainly doesn't come from Capitalism and that is becoming clearer to more and more people.
Part of me feels that new ideas are needed due to the fact the world has changed so much from when many influential thinkers/writers were active. I feel kind of silly shouting for workers rights when here in the UK there aren't many workers (in the traditional sense of manufacturing etc). Also it certainly isn't the owners of capital who pull the strings on the lowest paid (me) it's just other wage slaves slightly higher up the chain.
Anyway I digress, time for learning!
