Two years after the shocking massacre of striking oil workers in Kazakhstan, seven activists remain in jail.
One of them, Roza Tuletaeva, today celebrates her birthday in prison.
Today is Human Rights Day, and the day the world celebrates the life of Nelson Mandela who was once a political prisoner himself.
And today trade unions in Kazakhstan and elsewhere have called for a major global campaign demanding the release of Roza and the others.
