Does anyone here know if there are any websites detailing prominent diseases in particular countries, and vaccinations that can be obtained for said diseases? I'm planning to travel to somewhere where malaria is a major problem, and was wondering how to get information on this part of preparation.

Do most travel airlines usually provide vaccination for the countries you are traveling to, or does this have to be arranged externally and before the trip?

A response from anyone who has knowledge of this, or who has travelled to/lives in an equatorial country, would be greatly appreciated.

Generally speaking, it's the latter.

Lonely Planet has that info

Example I pulled up for Costa Rica: http://www.lonelyplanet.com/costa-rica/practical-information/health

You'll see in the link it talks about Dengue Fever, Leishmaniasis, etc etc
