its is about a plan the pentagon devised in the early 1960s to plan fake terrorist attacks on the united states homeland as a pretext to invade cuba. this was thought up by the same people that brought you such hits as the Vietnam War, Pinochet, the Dominican Invasion and much much more. it is interesting that the US military would divise attacks that would harm its own people to advance itself politically. it makes me look at september 11th in an entirely different light, was it operation northwoods part two?

The purpose of Operation Northwoods was to blame the communists terrorism to gain support for the war against Cuba.

Apparantly the joint chief of staff at the time didn't bat an eyelid when the operation was proposed and it took the hard work of a few obscure staffers to make sure that the operation was scrapped.

It really makes you wonder what exactly modern "terrorism" is if you can use it to get support like was almost done with Cuba.
