Left Communism is the name given to the groups that were that were the subject of Lenin's pamphlet 'Left Wing Communism: An Infantile Disorder', particularly groups in Germany, the Netherlands, Britain and Italy during the 1920s; some groups that emerged later out of other tendencies that moved towards the positions of these groups during the 1940s-60s; and the political descendants of these groups and their supporters today.

There is a 'Left Communist group' here "for discussing the theory and practice of the left communist movement in the world today, and the lessons of the historical experiences of the world proletariat" - http://www.revleft.com/vb/group.php?groupid=9 - if you want more information, you could ask there.
