Adding margins?

I have trouble printing a pdf,and 'spiraling' the pages of the book,the main reason of this is that the text is place at the exact margins of the pages (A4)
I have the Acrobat Reader,the version that supports editing,but I could not manage it..
Can somebody help me out?
