I would like to share with you guys something that I've been doing for 2 years..
Convict Conditioning is a book about DIY calisthenics (body weight training)
-It's an excellent way to get strong without the bourgeois gyms,proteings,buying overpriced equipment etc.
-No equipment needed,so it's completely free

You don't need to purchase anything,just read the book and do it..

One of my mates is fucking ripped, he's got a huge chest and he doesn't bench any more, he just does press ups.

I've become a big fan of body-weight, high-intensity, high-rep, low-rest workouts of say 30-40 minutes. Lots of stretching, lots of intensity, fewer sets, higher reps. Boom.

Sounds intresting, friends of mine are in the whole ghetto-bells/free weights thing, I must say that it looks a lot healthier than all the machine types..
