I think, in order for Chit Chat feel like authentic socialization, we ought to have a fuller range of semiotic expression available. While I can see why the restriction on "shouting" for the rest of the board is sensible, sometimes users in Chit Chat have INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT stoned revelations.
