so i just talked to some fascist on the internet, and he was making a claim that Alien space reptiles were controlling the earth (every leader was a alien including stalin, lenin and all other leaders in the past 100 years) and that all of those alien space reptiles were jews and tried to force the new world order on the human race,

now the question is what who believes this, have you ever heard something like this? he said he figured it out himself and wasn't influenced by the media,
he didn't seem like an troll he was serious when he talked.

It's part of a grand conspiracy narrative most famously expounded by a guy called David Icke, one-time goalkeeper with Coventry City, then sports reporter on the BBC, who had some sort of breakdown in the 1980s and decided he was the Messiah. Since then he's evolved this theory that mixes actual stuff like the Bilderberg Group with the idea that the 'Babylonian familes' that control the world (Jewish banking lizards that eat babies) have been manipulating world events (WWII, the Russian Revolution, September 11th etc) for hundreds of years. It's basically another version of 'Freemasons (Illuminati, Zionists) run the country' and connects to the whole 'ZOG' (Zionist Occupational Government) narrative of the (American) far-right.

Quite how it all works in Belorus I don't really know. But Trotsky was Jewish of course, so that probably proves it. Does he admire Stalin, or not? Usually (don't know about Belorus, but I know that it's the case in Russia) these far-rightists admire Stalin. I know you say that he's claiming Stalin was a lizard too. Is the guy actually in Belorus? Or is he from somewhere else?

This is a fairly common conspiracy theory. You only need to look for "reptilians" on youtube. It's pretty much the same as any other conspiracy theory except that there's a lot more crazy shit such as dimensional aliens and wearing the color blue.

I remember this shit, a few years back I was fascinated with this conspiracy theory and believed it, thoroughly, for a time. I used to be afraid the aliens were watching me because I thought I was an important cog in it, and somehow I'd save the world from the alien and Jewish threat to the white race.

I love these nutcases. You get in a debate with them and it doesn't matter what you say you will still seem like the sane and rational one in the discussion. Everyone has to either agree with you or support the idea that the world is actually the set of a really bad scifi b-movie, possibly starring nicholas cage.
I mean seriously these guys do all our hard work for us. Who needs to write a 30 page essay disproving the basic theories of facism, when you can just point at these people and ask if anyone really wants to get on board with all that.

Interesting way of looking at it, I rather think the reverse. It's impossible to talk about 'global capitalism', when people think you mean 'Jewish banking lizards'.

Fascists and other reactionaries tend to be very conspiracy minded. They reject the materialist explanation of history and like to assume that history is driven by a secret cabal of democrats, feminists, jews, aliens, etc. I believe that this type of thinking is fundamental to all right wing beliefs from standard conservatism to fascism and even libertarianism. They appear to be different ideologies but they all fundamentally seek to divide the world into simple, black and white narratives driven by individuals/small groups instead of by broader historical forces.

This brand of global conspiracy has a lot of adherents in New Age circles. I remembering watching a video claiming that it's actually Martians and that our prehistoric conflict with them ripped the boundary between our dimension and another, causing spirits to invade our world and cause all the physical maladies we have today. You have to wonder what kind of mind internalizes these kinds of ideas. They are surprisingly popular in America. Unfortunately.
