Today, I was diagnosed with nasopharyngitis or acute coryza. I realize this may come as a shock to most of you, "so lively, so young, impeccably healthy ways," and I know, I share your bewilderment but it is true. I have been reassured by my doctors that most whom get this horrid affliction do often survive but I am not going to get my hopes to high. Truth is everyone, I am dying and I just wanted you all to know, I love you.

Damn, there is no other solution than to make sure you get enough Dihydrogen Monoxide in to your system, otherwise you die for sure.

Drink hot sauce.
I'm serious. Once, when similarly afflicted, I had to staff an outreach table for a collective I was part of - but sounded like my head had nothing in it but mucous, mucous, mucous! I brought a bottle of hot sauce with me, and took a big ol' swig every time I saw somebody approaching: and was able to speak and appear as though I wasn't on the verge of asphyxiation.
DO IT!

No it doesn't. Both are rhinoviruses that result in the condition, but nowhere does it say they are the same thing.
If you take everything from Wiki at face value then god help you anyway.

I think the exactness of my eventual death should be irrelevant, point is, I am not long for this world. The end, she is near.

I am similarly infected, comrade. I woke up, and I could barely breathe, and everything was terrible.
No end is in sight, other than my ultimate demise.
