Is anyone doing a 5/3/1 routine or the 3/5/1 powerlifting variant?
I am going to start a cycle on monday going "too light" on the main lifts as wendler recommends and trying to hit high reps on the + sets and build up as not to stall on the later cycles.
I might start a user group on here if a few are doing a wendler program.
