Yes, I already read that on Wikipedia. After I had read it, it was kind of creepy to see the picture where he is with Svetlana. I guess it would have been even more creepy if Stalin wouldn't have been in the picture.

Incidentally, when Stalin died and Beria began agitating for pro-market and pro-Western reforms, the supposed anti-socialist "revisionist" Khrushchev allied with Marshall Zhukov to overthrow and execute him.

I remember learning about him in a high school history course a couple years ago. Literally all they said was how much of a pervert/creep this guy was. Like, I don't think I could even tell you what he did. That was really all we had to know. Beria existed at some point, and he was pretty fucked up. Hopefully that gives you some idea as to how ingrained this idea is.
