Republishing Hoxha?

I have noticed on amazon that someone has been re-publishing Hoxha's works, formerly of "8 Netori Tirana". I am wondering who, or what group is doing this?

I have purchased all of them and they are a fine product.

A lot of public domain works are taken from the Internet and "published" by groups seeking to get money. Always get the originals if you can. There's been no new respectable efforts to publish those works in English. 8 Nëntori (mentions 8 November, which in 1941 is when the Communist Party of Albania was founded) published practically every Albanian work translated into English in the 70's and 80's. Before that the Naim Frashëri (named after Albania's national poet) Publishing House published translated works.
