My biggest one is children. I think they are mean, annoying, stupid little fuckers.

Ostensibly unnecessary repetitive sounds (misophonia).
Elementary grammar mistakes (their, they're, there; your, you're; bourgeoisie, bourgeois).

Ha, I used to think so too. Weird how that changes.

Liberals, god damn they get under my skin. I don't think anyone is in disagreement with me.

When people refer to the former German Democratic Republic as "East Germany"

That always ticks me off.

Arrogance. It comes from lowering self expectation and raising self estimation and the divide in between is a no man's land of bull shit.

At work the other day there was a kid constantly screaming and crying 'Mummy I want it! Muuuuuummmy! I want it! I want it Mummy!' for about an hour. I can usually deal with children no problem, but 30 hours into the work week I was just about to run out into the shop and start hurling books at the kids parents for raising such a spoiled little git.

You know... All children have bad days where they whine and act up. Sometimes when I'm out with my son and he's acting up, people stare at me like, "Can't you make him stop?" and I just want to tell them to fuck off, because they probably did that as a kid too. Everyone did. If I see kids acting up while I'm out, I mostly just feel bad for the parents because I know that they're probably embarrassed and getting judgemental arseholes glaring at them. Kids can be annoying, but all kids have their bad days. Normally my son is really well behaved, but he really knows how to throw a tantrum and when you're dealing with a 3 year old having a tantrum the last thing you want is some fucking arse glaring at you, or laughing and saying, "Better you than me!" So yeah, that's one of my pet peeves I guess.

Also... isn't this thread kind of similar to the "something small that annoys the living shit out of you for no good reason" thread?
