Don't remind me, it's hard enough as it is an an eagles fan. 3rd most wins of any team ever and zero superbowls. Oh well, my other team (Bengals) at least seems to have better odds this year though they aren't doing as well as the Seahawks and lost to the Browns of all teams today.

As a Giants fan, the way the season is at this point - I'm really looking forward to the Giants/Seahawks game. They gotta win the division games if they want to go anywhere, and even if they pull off that feat - they have to be able to at least compete with a team like the Seahawks.

I'm extremely glad those nasty Patriots didn't get it. I hope the Seahawks totally run over the Broncos. I hate them almost as much as I do New England. My favorite team, the Packers, lost to those goofy 49ers when a guy kicked a field goal in the last few seconds of the game. Needless to say, that was an upsetting night for me. And my second favorite team, the Carolina Panthers, got their butts kicked too. So now it's up to my third favorite team, the Seahawks. Lets hope they win!

Manning and co need a quick start to the 2nd half, they need points on the opening drive. Denver also needs to start keeping some rb's/fb's in the backfield in order to buy Manning some more time. Seattle is blitzing like crazy. Can't blame him for throws where he had no time, or where his passes are getting tipped at the line of scrimmage, cause his o-line can't hold a pocket.

Wow. I don't have much to say, gonna be out 50$. Truth be told I did not see that coming. Peyton Manning is one of the greatest QB's of all time, given his age, he had to of known that even if he plays a few more years, that very well could of been his last chance at a ring. I expected a better performance, but what it comes down to is that the Broncos were out played in all 4 facets of the game: o, d, special teams, coaching. You have to wonder if the 'Manning is a choke artist' rumors will come back now. You trace Manning's performances in big games, back to his college days and he doesn't have the best track record. I kind of thought that was finished, with his super bowl win with Indianapolis, but given the performance tonight, I bet there will be chatter.
Congrats voxy ;)

I enjoyed it, idk, maybe I don't watch if enough sports but they have a pretty hot line up, thinking about it. Comparatively speaking.
It's the only reason I pay attention.

I got to halfway through the fourth quarter this year which is better than third quarter last year (but I blame the powercut for that). I've got high hopes that next year I'll be awake for the end!

I've been a Seahawks fan for 34 years. How sweet it is to see them finally win a championship.

Ok, so I'm actually in amerikkka at the moment so I'm definitely gonna break my record set last year and make it to the end. I'm in it for the mozzarella sticks and to hopefully see marshawn lynch grab his balls.

if the seahawks win this superbowl, that'll be proof, once and for all, that god does not exist. No just and merciful god would let His children suffer the indignities of being around seahawks fans

A vindictive asshole God would though.
It looks like there's a strictly-enforced blue and green dress code in this city lately. If someone puts one more Seahawks cupcake in my face, I'm fucking blasting myself.

What a weird phenomenon... But I was entertained, I find the Seahawks the most sympathetic hope they win. Not staying up for the second half though, its 02.30 here long time to hit the bed.

The whole city of Seattle should get a tax write-off for that donation...(!)

That game was awesome. I loved the temper tantrum the seahawks threw at the end.

I know right. Usually i'd be of the opinion that, fuck, it's just a football game who cares, we had to run the egg from one end of a field to another...but someone really does need to answer for that play. They were practically standing in the end zone.

At that point what else could they do -- ? The whole state of Washington should just secede over that.

I was thinking, 'Oh, okay, now they're going to give it to Lynch, and look at how impressively the underdog has played, to win.'

The lesson is: Don't think you can just fuck with the Patriots. They've got people *everywhere*.

That was one of the biggest collapses Ive ever seen in the playoffs. Lynch is your running back and you throw on the 1 yard line? Then after the interception, you get a penalty for encroachment, when the pats could potentially be taking a safety? It was head scratching, and it cost me a bit over $300.

Somehow one team or the other is responsible for that, and you should be reimbursed.

I didn't watch it last night and don't care for the sport in general (in case you haven't noticed!), but someone at work just had me watch a clip of that play, and wow, people aren't kidding... If I was the conspiracy theory type, I'd think they'd been paid to throw the game, because it's hard to see what possible explanation there could be for a passing play at that point. Really, really weird.
Everyone here is depressed; I was planning to rub it in people's' faces but I feel kinda bad

I think the whole city would be justified in rioting, and at any point for the next month or so....
