He's an outdoors person, so we went to his little house at the top of a hill in the middle of the woods with his friends from when they were all my age. I actually confirmed that they are a bunch of potheads, and that they ALL smoke good weed.

I had a really paranoid interaction with the po po last night. I noticed a vehicle moving up and down my street around 10 o'clock at night, slowly. I peered through my blinds real fast and sure enough, it was a cop car. I quickly ducked down. Later on I heard some loud knocking at my front door. But I didn't answer it, because if they want into my apartment they'll have to come through jackboot-first. Took another quick look through my shades and the squad car was still out there, parked. Finally I just decided to leave my place and go get some snacks, so I got in my car and drove off. The cop immediately followed me and trailed me for a bit, then got bored and turned off. I have no idea why he was fucking with me, but I didn't particularly want to find out.

This is probably gonna sound really strange, but does anyone else like Benadryl (diphenhydramine)? IMO diphenhydramine is a nice sedative/hypnotic and has the benefit of being legal, cheap and non-habit forming.

I'm not sure if diphenhydramine's marketing as a generic drug (separated from other common cold medicines like acetaminophen) is a recent development or I've just started to notice it in the past couple years. Probably the latter.

I can't say for certain, since I'm not entirely sure what substances you are referring to in particular, but if they're the ones I am assuming, then no, you don't have too much to worry about. When it comes to substances like mdma/cocaine, the physical effects for rare users are not all that bad (a social drinker would probably have more to be concerned about, I'm fairly certain), but having said that, the real danger with these substances is the possibility for addiction (which is what then leads into the health problems). If you don't have anything to worry about on that front, then I wouldn't be concerned. Personally speaking I have one hell of a addictive personality, but don't worry when it comes to said drugs. As much as I enjoy them on occasion, they take way to hard of a toll on my body to ever become addicted. Whenever I roll for a night, I can never even think about touching it again for a little bit, just due to how I feel the next day.

with speed your biggest fear should be getting sold meth or K instead of speed, MDMA could be polluted with stuff like PMMA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Para-Methoxymethamphetamine) which increases chances of "OD'ing".

Oh yeah, I don't really have that big of a problem with addiction, I don't think. Ironically one of the things I did develop a troubling addiction to was alcohol, last school semester, when I was putting down at least five drinks of hard alcohol a night. When I left for the summer I remember having a pretty powerful almost physical urge to go to the liquor store and buy more whiskey, which was the first time I'd had that kind of relationship with alcohol and it was pretty disturbing.

Oh, maybe pharmaceutical anti-anxiety medication, too, as I find them to be extremely effective at relieving any social anxiety I may have, but at the same time you read the Wikipedia articles for a lot of those drugs and think "damn, these drugs can fuck you up!" :ohmy: I'm not addicted to them because I haven't taken any in quite some time, but I think there's addiction potential maybe.

Oh, and maybe I'm addicted to weed, as I've been smoking weed more-or-less every day for quite some time now. It's a subtle addiction though.

It's more on the "contaminated trash" side of things I'm afraid. I'm not sure what purity is like 'round these parts but I'd be willing to bet that the answer in most cases is "not good". Most of what you'll see is that dull pale white powder that's indicative of an adulterated product. (IE it's not "shiny")

Ghb became popular because it gives you little hangover and you can still perform sexually (in contrast to speed and xtc) and because its easy to make (though anything made from rim cleaner and draino sounds like a bad thing to begin with), the problem is that the "get a good buzz" dosage is just to close to full respetory failure dosage. An ketamine od is scary but won't kill you in general, ghb does.

Yeah the biggest concern with substances of that nature are definitely whatever it is cut with, to increase profit, although if you know the person you get off of (and trust them) then you can find out, assuming they're honest with you. Generally speaking, from what I've been told, white (for example) tends to be cut with novacaine around these parts (an anesthetic used by dentists I'm pretty sure), which by itself is not all too worrying.

A ghost car is a car that looks like any other car, but has hidden cop lights and is used by a police station to drive around anonymously. But no it wasn't any regular vehicle, I live in a relatively small enough city, that the type of vehicles being used as ghost cars gets passed around. And given the area I was in, the time of night and the similarity of the vehicle, to known ghost cars, we both were sure it was a ghost car.

One time I had gotten in this huge brawl at a fair so hella undercovers showed up and I jokingly told my friend I was going to remember the license plate of the pig for when we run into it later that night when we're smoking. We decided to smoke in my car right around a corner near train tracks. Fucking A, of course the train starts coming by while we're toking up and there's a line of cars sitting there and the one nearest to us happens to be the same freakin ghost car as the one at the fair. We're just parked in a hot boxed car trapped between a train and an undercover. Worst wait for a train in my life.

1. I think it can be. For instance I've noticed that where I live(Northern California) I almost never see rich folks sporting Oakland Raiders things, they love the San Francisco 49ers. These teams are right across the bay from each other, just a few miles apart. Oakland Raider fans are notorious for being rowdy, drunk, and at times violent while SF 49er fans aren't notorious for anything because they're posh rich people that don't like to fuck shit up. Obviously biased because I'm Raider fan, but the situation has been like this even when both teams were losing, SF more or less was the acceptable kind of team while the Raiders weren't. It also has a lot to do with cities, SF is seen more as a white affluent city while Oakland is seen as the poor black city. And when you compare ticket prices to watch a football game 49er tickets at there cheapest are like $100 for the nosebleed section!

49ers also have a following among a lot of lower class people because of their colors though(and the fact that they're winning now). The main Hispanic street gang in Northern California are Nortenos and there color is red so a lot of them are 49er fans.

I can't remember why I was taking it but I was on it for a while. I didn't find it that helpful, and it was absolute hell when I ran out and suddenly had to stop taking it.

For some reason doctors are here are loathe to prescribe benzos anymore, which they used to hand out like candy. *shrug I've heard so many bad things about anti-depressants, esp SSRIs, that I don't think I want to ever take them. I'd do that. Whenever I went to a doctor for a prescription, I was honest to them about what I was looking for. I suppose I don't look like a drug addict and have a documented history of mental health issues, so that probably helps to alleviate suspicions. I usually tell them straight up I have a bad history with SSRI's and will never go on them again and that benzos help with anxiety more then anything else I've come across. Maybe just ask for something like lorazepam, I don't think that would set off any alarm bells for the doctor.

Yeah, I already tell him that I take lorazepam (which he didn't prescribe). I have a stockpile of it, I feel it's one of the most powerful and effective benzodiazepine-class drugs I've ever taken. Over the last couple days I've been taking half a 2mg pill in the morning, and the other half of the pill at night and it's been pretty effective. It works at about the same level as Xanax but lasts much longer.

I resent that people would try to keep drugs away from me that I want for legitimate reasons, though. I have never once sought to get drugs from doctors or hospitals for "recreational reasons", I fucking hate hospitals and I never like staying in them one minute longer than I have to. I go to see doctors because I want legitimate help that I don't trust myself to give, and their excuse is, oh, we don't want to get you hooked on benzos (which I've never even been close to being addicted to, lol, they really have limited recreational value IMO), here take these anti-depressants which will take weeks to take effect and oh yeah, it'll be a pain in the ass if you ever want to stop taking them.

Propranolol has a mild anxiolytic effect from my experience, it'll stop your heart from racing if that's something you experience, but other than that it doesn't do all that much IMO.

I heard recently that when the stores here open, they'll be charging $19 for a gram. And I'm assuming that's for like mids, but I guess it could even be the starting price (actually now that I think about it, the way it was being talked about makes it seem more like the starting price). So yeah you might wanna think it through first. I've personally never paid more than ten bucks for a gram, whether it's shwag or purple kush. Not really sure why anyone would pay those prices.

The vast majority of cali bud, comes from b.c. and cali/amsterdam is generally considered the mecca of marijuana consumption (as far as I'm aware, outside of places where they predominantly export); but as long as you know someone, I kinda think its hard to find better pot anywhere, then getting proper high quality hydro/natural kush from british columbia. Let alone having to pay double the price for a g.

"Tax revenue" was a huge part of the justification for making it legal here, so I guess that's the reason for the high price (sin tax), but I don't really get how the stores are going to do business if that's what they're gonna charge. Nahh, can't be true, an ounce of top shelf weed way the fuck down here goes for $275 with an average connect, less if you know the right people, more if you're getting screwed. The answer to your question is NO. Nyquil contains quite a bit of acetaminophen, which is extremely damaging to your liver at high doses. If you take painkillers like Vicodin recreationally you should be aware of this too, as these drugs are often combined with Tylenol.

If you want to sedate yourself (legally) then take some diphenhydramine. If you want to trip then I'd recommend taking DXM in some sort of pill form rather than drinking it, which I think is a bad idea. I'm not sure if Delsym comes in pill form but that's probably your best bet.

I don't know if drinking DXM is a bad idea particularly, apart from if you wanted to take a high dose it's somewhat difficult to get more than one bottle of cough medicine down heh. It's good being fairly light when you're drinking horrible stuff to get high... Benilyn for dry coughs, non-drowsy, is what I used to drink and it was fine. Nothing nasty in there. :)

I don't tend to get surprised looks (maybe I do look like a "drug user" :unsure: I don't know), but sometimes people seem offended when I accidentally mention it. I think I know a hugely disproportionate number of drug users so I kind of forget that most people don't jump at the chance to trip on a cocktail of psychedelics... or even relax with a bit of weed... so I guess most people don't expect you to bring it up. Anyone ever try those blue Adderall 10 mg IR tabs? Wasn't expecting them to do much for me but insufflating 5 of them over the course of a night with a couple buddies gave me a nice steady buzz and before I knew it was 8:30 in the morning, ha. Dextroamphetamine is a good drug if you want to spend a good bit scrubbing your kitchen floor but it's also a good drug if you just want to hang out with some folks and chat.

We got it through a connection on the local college campus, which I thought was funny for some reason. It's like getting MDMA through a connection at a rave or methamphetamine through a connection at a trailer park, it's just the most stereotypical place to buy Adderall.

Yeah the price of Adderall is kind of ridiculous, at least so I've heard...never actually had a prescription for it. Usually I'd buy the pink 20s for 10 a pop, or the non-XR 30's for 20. As far as drugs go, though, it's actually not that bad a deal in my opinion, as a quarter of a 30 crushes into quite a bit of powder.

I'm not entirely sure how the bioavailability of Adderall is affected if it's snorted rather than taken orally, or how bad snorting the binding agent is, but...

The guy who gave us the Adderall also threw in a 30 XR. I've never taken an XR before, I'm saving it for some time when I'll actually need to accomplish something.

It was almost kinda cool, since I was expecting the sensation of opiates to come on, almost a placebo effect came into play since I thought I was feeling nauseated which is what I associate with opiates. I know how I react to benzos enough, that whether or not Quail had mentioned it, I would of been able to figure it out eventually though. Still a fun high, even though I hardly remember much aside taking the pills, feeling really good and cuddling with my dog, then eating cheezies and passing out.

I thought I could take and leave things, never worrying about addiction or anything, then I discovered opiates. Also, makes your nose really itchy. You will rub it raw. I mean, I do retain some control, if I can't afford it I won't buy it, but when I do by percocets/vicodins or, on a lucky month, oxycontin and roxies i will fucking burn through them until they are gone full speed ahead (percs are oxycodone, instant release, with some tylenol/APAP; vicodin is hydrocodone, instant release, with some tylenol, roxies are tiny pills with either 5mg or 30mg of instant release oxycodone and no tylenol, oxycontin is 30mg-120mg of sustained release oxycodone and no tylenol).


I think the fact that it's so psychologically addictive is it lasts less than weed, at least the main high part not the residuals, maybe an hour ish, combined with how fast you build a tolerance. No tolerance, I'll start off with 20mg of oxycodone, and it just snowballs from there. It's over, then you want more, but the same dose doesn't work. Over the summer within two or three weeks I was eating 200+mg just to catch a buzz. Most recently I bought 30 of the 5mg roxies and they were gone in a couple of days. So nowadays, I'll make myself only buy like ... four pills. And only if I have some spare cash. And then I'll make myself not buy any more for a while. Like a month or two. So I've managed to keep things well in control and just keep it to an occasional treat, but then again, I'm not using H or anything.


Then there's what's called morphine dreams. It's like a half-sleep, not very restful, with horrifically vivid dreams and nightmares. You'll probably need to smoke some weed to go to actual sleep after using opiates recreationally. Also if you've not used opiates much before it's best to be conservative with a dose or you'll end up puking your guts up.

It's funny how different people like different things. I've taken a variety of opiates on different occasions and, although I can definitely see the appeal in them, I've never really felt the urge to use them recreationally. I think over the past four years I've taken them three times, that I can remember...specifically codeine, hydrocodone and morphine.

The codeine was my first experience and probably the worst. That doctor must've thought I had a really bad case of bronchitis, because he prescribed me quite a bit of codeine-promethazine syrup. I took it "as medically directed" for a bit, before my drug-addict brain echoed the siren call through my mind: "Drink that all up! Put it in a Styrofoam cup with a jolly rancher! JUST LIKE IN HIP-HOP MUSIC."

I definitely don't trust myself with opiates, I know I have an addictive personality and when my mental health tanks I look for anything to distract myself from my thoughts. A friend and I tried morphine once, which was a fun night. We bought it from a guy who is a total junky in the small town my friend was from. Talk about euphoria. We sat in his car smoking joints and cigarettes while listening to music for a good portion of the night. That was well over a year ago and I haven't sought them out since, but I suppose if I happened to come across them again, I might have another taste.

I have a real prescription for benzos, but since I don't have insurance its cheaper for me to buy them illegally. I have a guy, who must have some decent connections to a pharmacy in the area I live (or know people who do), cause when I take my prescriptions to my street pharmacist, he comes back and drops off a pharmacy pill bottle with the doctor who prescribed it and the individuals name the prescription is in. I've heard stories about crooked pharmacies/hospitals in the area before, but I honestly would think they would try and do more to cover their tracks. Seriously if I ever got pulled over and the cops found my pills, they'd instantly know where they came from. Seems so idiotic to me, to leave the outside prescription on the pill box. Maybe I should color over it with a sharpie or something. Anyways, as I said I have a real reason to get my hands on these things, but I also do use them recreationally. I've already felt my tolerance go up on them rather quickly, but I'm never an idiot with them. They essentially almost function as a sleeping pill for me. I take a couple, smoke a spliff, feel awesome for a while and will watch netflix or something and the next thing I know I wake up in the morning having dozed off while watching tv. When I do get panic attacks, which seems to have been happening more often lately, these things are life savers, which is why I don't use them recreationally all that often, or else I'd blow through my pills way too quick.

I don't think I've ever tried Zyrtec-D. I've tried Zantac, Claritin, Benadryl, etc, a wide variety of antihistamines since allergies are something I've muddled through throughout my life, specifically pollen allergies in the summer. I'm somewhat allergic to cats and some other allergens too. I tend to like Benadryl just because it makes my head feel all hazy and eventually I'll just pass out.

(actually zantac is for heartburn, don't know where I got that from. I know I did try an antihistamine that started with a "z", it probably was Zyrtec actually. That and some of that stuff you shoot into your nose like Flonase)

Ya, that's what I meant. I have no experience with heavy or long-term use. I've never fucked with boy, never really wanted to except for those short moments when I just ran out of oxycontin or roxies after a month and I'm buggin for a day or three. But, yeah, I only fuck with it occasionally, and only the pills. The most I've done is over the summer when I had access to an inhuman amount of cough syrup and was taking 150mg of hydro at a time after like a week and a half maybe two weeks.

I've kind of never wanted sex on mdma for some reason. I just like talking to people, dancing, etc. There are certain music nights were it's not that hard to come across, though you kind of never know what is going to be in pills you buy from a randomer so I don't really trust them. They can be good though.

I did MDMA on New Years, which was the first time in just over six months. It was pretty great. Lots of dancing and nightclub bathroom confessionals haha (among other things). It's probably one of the only 'substances' that always seems to have a net positive effect on my life, and one that lasts for a fairly long time after the experience. Maybe because I don't do it often, IDK.

Anyway, maybe I've gotten more conservative in my drug-use as I've gotten older (hah), but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from some random person if no one you know can vouch for them (@ sinister intents). Probably not a wise idea to inquire about how to attain drugs on a message board tho.

Getting naked with someone while on E is a great plan, just don't expect any actual sex, I always end up getting completely distracted with playing with a nipple or someones tattoos or hair..
As I grew older I actually prefer being at home or in nature with ppl that i love over dance parties while on E.

Yeah when I was on SSRI's I had trouble getting it up a couple times, which really fucking sucked. Its like wow, I'm already depressed and now I can't engage in the one activity that was always enjoyable, perfect, thanks doc. Never tried while on mdma, but I'm pretty sure the mdma/ed thing isn't a myth and that pairing mdma with viagra or whatever can actually be dangerous.

its not a myth, though i found that with good grade MDMA the problem isnt so much the guy not getting it up but not being able to climax and ladies getting quick very dry downstairs, and like said you get easily distracted in way more important stuff like the wallpaper or a waterdrop. amphetamines though can give you a serious micro-dick (in dutch we actually have the term "speed-pikkie" for a speed induced mini dick) and cheap xtc pills often contain a lot of speed.
never heard about combining MDMA and viagra being particularly dangerous, mixing poppers and viagra is a really bad idea though, its a comon killer in the gay scene.
and the negative effect on sexual performance of MDMA is obviously one of the reasons GHB is so popular, same kind of effect but you can still get laid and then some, shame because GHB is garbage and dangerous and should be avoided in my opinion.
