Discrimination against Albinos in Eastern Africa

Does anyone have any resources on this? I've read some stuff about the fucked up religiously supported murder and organ selling the reactionary witch doctors in Tanzania have done to Albinos there, and I'm aware of some of the common stereotypes, but beyond that I know nothing. Is there a major history behind it all?

Also, does anyone have any links to organisations connected albino rights groups in East Africa?
