Who are the bigger class traitors, moles (who report Union activities to the boss) or scabs (who work for little pay during a strike)?

Really? This is what you needed my help for?
Moles.

EDIT:
Oh right this is a legitimate political question, I just assumed it was something literal.

Obviously moles but I would be inclined to say both, really. Both should get beat.

Moles, but scabs are pretty bad too. Both are actively undermining industrial action.

Scabs don't always intentionally do this.

They just look at is as "another job".

They aren't class consious and I am guessing are often drawn form the lumpenproletariat.

Yeah. Weren't a majority of scabs immigrants that the Union wouldn't let in?

Where's the box for collaborationist union leadership?

Wheres the box for collaborationist union leadership?
You know, I shoulda thought about that.

You also have the collaborationist workers, though, who hate the radical union leaders.

scabbing i can understand out of genuine personal need or something even though it's still sort of a dick thing to do

moles are just scum

I somewhat agree with Igor. I mean, there are certain people who would die for their fellow workers (whom I respect very much). Then there are people who will stand by their peers, however they will still strive for minimal self-preservation. While I understand the latter, I still think it is a breach in solidarity.

And to answer the poll question: Moles.

They aren't traitors. Every union apparatus is necessarily collaborationist. It would be hard to remain a union boss and unionized workers would have a hard time if the company were forced to close.

Moles, that's the answer to OP.

Moles.

Scabs are in a sympathetic position for me. It's a shitty situation, but a lot of people are forced to deal with their material conditions -- including eating and housing themselves. I think effort should be put into organizing them rather than attacking them as a matter of course. Legislation should also be drawn up to ban companies from using scabs, like in Japan.

Moles, on the other hand, are in no such hardship-induced position. They're the worst kind of opportunists.

Er... I have no idea what this is doing in here:glare: But I'd have to say moles.

Speaking as an ununiozed worker who has never participated in a strike muchless found myself dealing with either of these types of people I'd lean toward saying moles are worse- a scab would at least deserve empathy.

Surprised to see scabs get such empathy here. Both are class traitors, nuff said. Jack London was spot on when he said: "No man (or woman) has a right to scab so long as there is a pool of water to drown his carcass in, or a rope long enough to hang his body with."

Yeah, I'm going to say moles. I've thrown punches with scabs, but I've never had that chance with a mole. That they do their damage without having to face any consequence seems to me particularly vile. I believe that maybe scabs can be rectified - that they might be won over, since their decision is often more a question of perceived (though shortsighted!) necessity, than the mole, who has made an ethical decision to side against the class.

There is a face I see in my head when I think about these things that I one day hope to see on the street. They won't see it coming, but when it does they will know exactly why.

Scabs are still workers exploited for their surplus value; they just happen to be also fucking over the rest of the working class while being exploited, primarily by decreasing the value of labor as a commodity and thereby lessening the leverage of the working class. But at least they're open about it and (in theory) accountable for it. A mole is just a professional snitch.

Moles are the worst between the two, they are in the same category as touts and informers.
