Sorry, if that's a dumb question, but I've been wondering.

Yeah. For example the Cuban government website cubagob.cu and the official newspaper of the Communist party of Cuba(in English) granma.cu

I'm not in the US, nor have I ever tried to access a Cuban website when I was there. How would I know?

One way to know is to ask in a place like this. I don't think the question was silly. It's no crime not to know something like that. Ignorance is not anything to be ashamed of, but being proud of ignorance--now that's a problem.

So ask away and don't let anyone make you feel bad because you seek knowledge.

Too many comrades don't ask enough questions.
