The U.S implement a kind of control in the Philippines in the way of RP-US joint military exercise. Even though it violates the sovereignty of the nation and inimical to the reactionary constitution, they still continue their military activities in any part of the region, the U.S. intensifies their straight interference of its troops for the anti-guerrilla operation of the armed forces of the philippines against the success of the people's war promoted by the Communist Party of the Philippines.
