I have been lifting and I feel strong, muscles are also well developed. But because of fat (not too much, btw), especially in stomach area, the muscles dont appear well pronounced. So it is obvious that I must do cardio.

But I find it impossible to do it because, first of all, I have to do weight training. Second, it is the nature of my job - if at all I work out, whether cardio or weights, I can only do so in the evening after work. it is just too damn tiring to do cardio at the time. So I keep skipping it, doing only weights.

What's the solution? Is it possible to reduce fat somehow?

to cut down on fat to level of good definition you NEED cardio. you can still burn more fat through tweaking your weight routine. do super sets, century sets, decrease rest time, increase speed and go lighter if need be. dial in your diet. i read an article i cannot find anymore in muscle and fitness magazine. how to adjust your calorie intake by 1,500 a day. definitely drink black coffee and straight tea(real tea, not blends) to increase your metabolism. very spicy food also creates the effects of thermogenics by increasing your inner body temperatures very slightly. eliminate all caloried beverages. try plyometrics for both muscle building and fat burning. there are endless options. the M&F message board used to be a really good place for info. i haven't been on there in some years though.
