How many of you guys ever had Cincinati Chili. It is probably one of the greatest things I eat, I make it ever year (at least) for my birthday.
You have to try it or you have not lived.

Isn't that the abomination where they cook chili down to the consistency of water and then pour it on some noodles?

What does this have to do with hailing the Red Army in Afghanistan.

No. Some do, it has a mix of regular and water. Really bad one is watery, but its not a thick chili either.

Well, I guess everything has to do with everything.

Cincinatti chili is only good for one thing: putting on hot dogs.
Otherwise, it's an abomination. The only good chili is Texas chili, or chili with kidney beans.

so this is basically top ramen with hot sauce?
*although that does sound like a really awesome chili
The chili has a thinner consistency and is prepared with an unusual blend of spices that includes cinnamon, chocolate or cocoa, allspice, and Worcestershire. this is truly the unofficial grub of Cincinnati
