Recently I saw a program on the news highlighting the devastating effects of bullying. It included a definition of the term 'bullying' and I couldn't help but think of how strangely accurate it was in describing American foreign policy. I wonder if it might be a good conversation or debate starter or if it would be worthwhile to start a piggy back campaign on facebook, for example to highlight the similarities. Perhaps it could be called 'Stop bullying [in international relations].' What do you think?

In an ideal world, I would like to see the dissolution of the United Nations and a new international body erected in it's place that is truly democratic, without vetoing rights for countries like the United States and Russia. It is such a shame that the self-proclaimed leader of the free world, America, is so disinterested in a truly democratic international organization.

Look to the workers of the world to end bullying my friend, not artificial constructs such as nations.

It seems to me the whole bullying thing online are the liberals giving us an excuse for internet censorship.
Bullying may be a real issue but when it's the first ladies pet project it's supporters should be highly scrutinized,

It is a real issue, but one should always be conscious of what side of the class line they are on - and relying on the oh-so-enlightened liberals to legislate the problems of bullied children away is really an abstentionist strategy. I think we need more mobilisation by socialist youth groups against the culture of bullying and the material infrastructure that supports that culture.
