I'm a big fan (and amateur writer) of science fiction, and after reading some of Sergei Lukyanenko's work (and of course bolshevik/renaissance man Alexander Bogdanov's Red Star) I've become fascinated with Russian SF, and Soviet-era SF in particular.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I hear the Strugatsky Bros. suggested alot but their is very little of their work available in english, sadly.

There's a new (good) translation of 'Roadside Picnic' now available.
