Comrades,

Here's a link to my band's (myself and two other gents) bandcamp http://juche.bandcamp.com/ . Please check us out. It's a mix of melodic electronica, experimental, and ambient tunes. I hope you enjoy!

PS: We are all of leftist bents, but we are not supporters of the Juche ideology. It was merely a name that deserved a band, we thought (we also use some DPRK-derived samples, numbers stations etc.). In fact, one of our fans is from Korea and it has sparked some pretty interesting dialogue.

Thanks a bunch for any listening you do,
VILemon

Pretty good man. I like the vibe of it. I've been thinking of getting into experimental electronic music while trying to set up a punk band.

It's not my taste in music. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it. I think it shows some creativity. It was oddly melodic and comforting, which I did not expect.

When I have had enough posts to be able to post some links, I'll post links to some of my music.

Regards,

Alan OldStudent

Thank you all for the kind words and feedback, everyone. We're a really new outfit, so this kind of feedback helps keep our belief that we're doing something worth our time alive. Also, it was nice to see a thread that didn't once mention Stalin (or Hoxha)– not that there's anything wrong with those. :)

I like the drone kind of thing that you guys use, with the drum beat and other keyboard melody over it. Well done! I would pay to see this done live.

I'm currently writing an essay to this music. It's actually helping me stay focused. And here I thought revleft would be a distraction

It's definitely interesting but not my style. Overall good luck. I do have to say it had a kind of relaxing feel to it. So great job!
