Hello Comrades.
I'm very interested in learning more about the differences between present day Stalinist groups and Trotskyist groups. Specifically where does the theory deviate when it comes to analysis of current events or actions responding to them.

I haven't posted to forum in a long time so maybe im just opening up a conduit for flame wars. That is not my intent.

Im hoping this forum is used a lot by currently active party members or at least well read sympathizers.

Welcome!

I think you'll probably find a pretty wide range of opinion on any particular issue here.

You'll probably find most of what you've described you're looking for in the Learning, Politics and History forums.

Feel free to message me if you've any questions!

Hello Comrades.
Hi there, welcome.

I recomend the search function. There has been a lot of discussion about these subjects.

Im hoping this forum is used a lot by currently active party members or at least well read sympathizers.
If you have any specific questions, I'll do my best to provide an answer.

Correct me if I'm wrong but most trots (ortho and unortho) say stalin deviated around 1928. Presently, I'm not sure.

I am more of the opnion that he was actually born deviated :D
Now on a more serious note: That depends on what exactly you mean by deviate.
